The TRACO POWER Group will continue to be family owned. As sole shareholder of the Group, Rolf Caspar will in future concentrate entirely on his role as Chairman of the Board of Directors, while operational management is transferred to the newly formed Group Executive Board from the beginning of the new fiscal year. In addition, more members of management will in due time be appointed to the divisions of Sales, Marketing, and Product.
