With curve tracer functionality down to the pA range.

The ammeter described here covers a measurement range of 10 decades (pA..mA). This can be achieved using 9 ranges. An additional programmable voltage source enables the measurement of I-V curves. This  curve tracer can do high resolution spot and sweep measurements with possibility to display them as graphs.
